As we pass the mid-point of the first trimester, we see the signs of fall in the projects and work in our hallways and classrooms:

Tomorrow looks to be a day full of sunshine. We hope to see you at our Annual Touch-a-Truck and Fall Festival being held in the school’s parking lot from 12 to 4 pm tomorrow.

The first Holy Name Golf Classic launched this week with more than 70 golfers hitting the links on Monday. Through their participation, the raffles, and our sponsorships, the Home and School Association brought in $20,000 – what a start to its fundraising year.

We celebrated School Mass this morning for the Memorial of St. Francis of Assisi. Thank you to our 5th grade for hosting. In St. Francis’ prayer, he asks for God’s help “to make [him] an instrument of [God’s] peace.”

This week we welcomed representatives from Catholic Memorial, Montrose, Ursuline, and Xaverian to meet with our 6th graders as they prepare for the next step in their educational journeys.
