Tuition & Financial Aid
Holy Name Parish School is committed to providing an exceptional Catholic education that is both enriching and accessible to families in our community. We understand that tuition is an important consideration, and financial assistance is available to qualifying families who need additional support.
Each year, Holy Name Parish School provides need-based financial aid to eligible returning families in Kindergarten through Grade 6. Families seeking assistance must apply annually through FACTS Grant & Aid, which evaluates financial need and helps the school distribute available funding. In addition, flexible tuition payment plans are available through FACTS to help families manage the cost of their child’s education. Tuition is determined yearly and announced each January when the re-enrollment
period for the next year begins.

Enrollment Deposits
At the time of enrollment or re-enrollment, families pay a deposit to secure placement at the school. This payment is credited to the following year’s tuition balance. These deposits are non-refundable. The required amount for re-enrollment is determined by re-enrollment date.

Required Fees
These are required costs associated with participation in the school’s program. They are billed through FACTS. The volunteer fee is waived if families complete the required volunteer hours.

Financial Aid
In order to apply for financial assistance, families of enrolled students in Kindergarten – Grade 6 may visit https://factsmgt.com, click on the down arrow at Parents Log In across the top, select FACTS Family Portal (Parents Web). Enter the District Code HNPS-MA, your username and password, click on Parent, then Login. Once in the Portal, select Financial from the left hand side column, then select Apply for Grant & Aid. Please note there is a FACTS fee associated with the financial aid application.

Tuition Payment Plans
FACTS Management is our tuition management company as well as our student information system. All families must enroll in FACTS to pay tuition, including those families that pay in full.
In order to set up a payment plan, please visit the Family Portal. Click on the down arrow at Parents Log In across the top, then select FACTS Family Portal (Parents Web), click on Create New Family Portal, enter the District Code, HNPS-MA, then your email address, then click on Create Account. You will receive an email to set up your Family Portal by going to https://factsmgt.com, clicking on the down arrow at Parents Log In across the top, then selecting FACTS Family Portal (Parents Web). Enter the District Code HNPS-MA, the username and password you just created, click on Parent, then Login. Once in the Portal, select Financial from the left hand side column, then select Set Up a Payment Plan. Families should review their selected plan yearly.
- Application requires a $100 non-refundable registration fee when applying.
- Upon acceptance $500 non-refundable seat deposit is due. The seat deposit will be credited toward your tuition.
Tuition accounts are expected to be current for students to begin class in September and return from Christmas vacation.
