Weekly Update 10/10/2025
The first Holy Name Golf Classic launched this week with more than 70 golfers hitting the links on Monday. Through their participation, the raffles, and our sponsorships, the Home and School Association brought in $20,000 – what a start to its fundraising year.

We celebrated School Mass this morning for the Memorial of St. Francis of Assisi. Thank you to our 5th grade for hosting. In St. Francis’ prayer, he asks for God’s help “to make [him] an instrument of [God’s] peace.”

This week we welcomed representatives from Catholic Memorial, Montrose, Ursuline, and Xaverian to meet with our 6th graders as they prepare for the next step in their educational journeys.
Weekly Update 9/19/2025
We gathered for our first school Mass on Wednesday and, as we traditionally do at our first Mass, inaugurated the 16 members of our Student Council. We look forward to the events, activities, and service projects that they’ll plan this year.
Weekly Update 9/12/2025
We set a record this morning by awarding 17 Eagles! This is by far the most awarded in a single week and a testament to the great start to our school year. In addition to kindness and responsibility, students are also demonstrating creativity and cooperation.

We hope everyone enjoys the long weekend and gets plenty of rest before our first day of school on Wednesday for kindergarten through sixth grade students.

We hope everyone has had a wonderful summer so far and plans to enjoy the next few weeks of vacation. Next Tuesday is Holy Name Night at Fenway Park.

First graders John K. and Ainsley S. served as Co-Principals of the Day on Wednesday – an experience won at Home & School’s Adult Social.

We squeezed Field Day in just at the right time. Wednesday was a beautiful day to be outdoors before the heat moved in. Our students enjoyed the fun activities and games, slush, petting zoo, and face painting.
